Payment Options
Australian and International Customers – We accept Credit Card payments (Mastercard/Visa), PayPal and Direct Deposit.  Credit Card payments can be taken over the internet through our secure checkout process, over the phone or email. If you select the Credit Card option you do not leave Me Me's Maternity n More Website unlike PayPal.  All Credit Card payments are processed through the Commonwealth Bank.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared and you will be updated throughout each process.

Returns and Exchanges

Me Me’s Maternity n More are happy to accept returns and exchanges or offer you a credit which will be valid for 12 months for any items you are not completely happy with. If you would like an exchange or refund on items purchased on our Website you can call or 0417195694 or email us at admin@memesmaternitynmore.com.au. Please quote your order number when you contact us.

If you purchased the incorrect colour, size or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Me Me’s Maternity n More will offer you an exchange, refund or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:

• All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The product/s must be as new, unused and undamaged with its original packaging intact.
• The product/s must not be washed.

Items returned after 14 days of receipt will regretfully be dishonoured.
Return postage will be at the expense of the customer.

Please NOTE, all items must be returned in original condition with all Tags and Packaging intact. Me Me’s Maternity n More reserve the right to return any product that does not meet these requirements.

Stock Availability

On occasion there may be times when there is high demand for a product and stock may run out.  In that case you will be contacted and refunded or given the opportunity to choose another colour or new product.

Delivery Charges
Australia

We offer FREE SHIPPING via AUSTRALIAN AIR EXPRESS for AUSTRALIA ORDERS ONLY. If no-one is home when the package is delivered, you will get a note in your letter box with instructions to pick it up from your local Australia Post Shop. All packages receive a consignment number.

International
We have very reasonable shipping rates. Shipping is calculated on the weight of your total order and your location. You can view the shipping amount and select the type of shipping before the final checkout stage. Just go to ‘View Basket’ then select ‘continue’ to take you through to confirm your address and that’s where you can view your shipping amount.

International orders are lodged with Australia Registered Post

Standard Delivery Time Frame
Australia
Once your order has been finalised delivery time will take between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery may take a little longer as all parcels are sent from Darwin, Northern Territory.

All Australian Orders are sent via Australian Air Express. You will be given a consignment number once your parcel has been dispatched which you can track on the Australian Air Express www.aae.com.au

Free shipping is available for Australian orders only.

Orders placed by 12:00 pm EST will dispatch by the next business day, pending payment.

Please allow 3-5 business days after shipment date for Shipping to remote locations.

International
All International Orders are lodged with Australia Registered Post (International). Once the parcel reaches your country it is handed over to your local (national) postal company. You will be given a tracking number and you can track your parcel within 48 hours from your local (national) postal company’s Website. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
Customers can only ship to one address each time you checkout, sorry. If you would like to ship to an alternate address other than your own please make sure you change your personal details on our Website before you checkout.
